Juicy Burger over Open Fire

A tangy hint of smoke, a freshly cooked juicy patty, buns browned over the coals... mmm... Tasty, quick, easy! Burgers are a great alternative to classic shashlik.
Mangal m16 "Our Style"
Ingredients for 4 burgers: Beef mince 650 g Burger buns 4 pcs. Medium tomato 1 pc. Lettuce 4 leaves Small pickled cucumbers 2 pcs. Processed cheese 4 slices Red onion ½ pc. Barbecue sauce 1 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Sunflower oil for greasing the grill grate Salt Pepper
Salt the mince with a couple of pinches, pepper to taste and mix with your hands.
Grease the grill grate on the mangal with sunflower oil.
Visually divide the mince into 4 parts, slap each part and shape into a patty, press lightly, transfer to the grate and fry on both sides.
Place the cheese on the patties on the grate so that it melts slightly.
Cut the buns into two equal halves.
Slice the tomato, onion and cucumbers thinly. Prepare the lettuce leaves.
Place all the bun halves cut side down on the grate and dry them over the coals.
Tip: The buns need to be dried so that the sauce soaks in easily without making them soggy.
Mix the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce (1 tbsp each).
Assembling the burger: Brush each bun half (cut side) with the sauce (mayonnaise with barbecue), add a few tomato slices and a lettuce leaf on top.
Place a patty with melted cheese on each lettuce leaf, add pickled cucumber slices and onion rings, cover with the other bun halves and press both burgers lightly.
Enjoy your meal!
