Chicken skewers in bacon

Today we're going to make something very tasty and simple! We're cooking chicken skewers in the oven on skewers with bacon. The result is a very intriguing appetizer dish that can be served not only for every day, but also on a festive table, complemented with your favorite sauces and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients: Chicken fillet - 450 g Dry-cured bacon - 240 g Salt - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste Smoked paprika - 0.5 tsp Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Garlic sauce: Sour cream - 4-5 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Processed cheese - 30 g Chopped dill - 1 tbsp Garlic - 2 cloves Salt - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste

Salad - for serving

Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, cover with film and pound.

Put the fillet in a bowl, add pepper, salt, paprika and mix.

Place the fillet on strips of bacon, roll up into rolls, cut in half and thread onto skewers.

Place on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C.

Make the garlic sauce. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, processed cheese, minced garlic and dill to the sour cream, mix thoroughly.

Serve our skewers to the table. Enjoy your meal!
