Filling: smoked chicken 250 g semi-hard cheese 140 g pickled cucumbers 70 g parsley 10 g
Butter and vegetable oil – for fryingThaw the broccoli and boil it for 7 minutes in salted boiling water. Put it in a bowl, add the milk and blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt and sugar. Add the eggs and mix until smooth, without lumps.
Add the milk mixture and stir into a smooth pancake batter.
Fry the pancakes over medium-high heat in an oiled frying pan.
For the filling, chop the chicken and cucumbers, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the herbs. Mix together.
Place the filling on each pancake. Roll up. Fry the finished pancakes in butter on all sides. Serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
