The simple collapsible design (assembly is carried out using a slotted connection) allows the mangal to be quickly assembled and disassembled in camping conditions, as well as saving space during storage and transportation.

Wood chips, branches and small firewood can be used as fuel for the grill. The slots located on the upper edge of the side panels securely hold skewers during cooking, so the meat cooks evenly. Additional airflow is provided by small holes located in the lower part of the side walls.

The next equally attractive new product is a steel saj with eco-bluing, which will be a great addition to the Kukmara uchag and mangal. The saj is a frying pan with a spherical bottom and two handles. The advantage of the saj is its versatility: if placed convex side down over the fire, you can cook not only traditional saj (an Azerbaijani dish) but also other meat, fish and vegetable dishes. And if you turn the cookware convex side up, you can bake lavash and flatbreads.

To protect against corrosion, the saj is impregnated with flaxseed oil, so there is no need to preheat the product before use; simply wash it.
