Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia)

From 7 to 9 April, Kazan hosted the open regional championship «Young Professionals» (WorldSkills Russia) of the Republic of Tatarstan 2016. National farmsteads of the Republic of Tatarstan were set up on the open grounds of the «Kazanskaya Yarmarka» exhibition centre.

At the Kukmor farmstead, championship participants were able to learn about the daily life, rites and culture of the peoples of the region, as well as the products of our district's enterprises. The colourful exposition of OJSC «Kukmor Metalware Plant» aroused particular interest among the numerous visitors to the Kukmor farmstead. Our plant's branded stands presented virtually all TM Kukmara® cookware lines (Traditsiya, Traditsiya Svetlaya, Modern, Palitra lines, etc.), and the company's latest novelties – items of the Marble line – were displayed on a separate rack.

The WorldSkills Russia 2016 championship was visited by high-ranking guests: President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Communications and Mass Media of Russia Nikolai Nikiforov, Head of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, Aide to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Leila Fazleeva, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov and other heads of ministries and departments.
